Patricia Ann Rein

Patricia Ann Rein was taken by our Lord on September 23, 2021. She was 84 years old.

Patricia was born to Laust and Alice Damgaard on May 29, 1937 at Rocky Ford, Colorado. Pat Graduated from Fowler High School. After graduation, she went to Washington and attended Pacific Lutheran University for 2 years. She came back to Colorado and went to Pueblo College where she graduated. She worked at Waggoner Company for 6 years. She worked at the Fowler Co-op as their secretary until she retired in 2001.

Pat was a career woman and a farmer’s wife. Pat married Alvin on October 2, 1960. She raised two boys, Steven and Casey, both from Fowler. She is survived by her husband, Alvin, sons and two granddaughters, Jessica, married to Wyatt Mills and Jayde Rein of Fowler. Her great grandchildren are Jaxon, Joleen and Waylon Mills. Her siblings are brother-in-law, Robert Rein of Scott City, Kansas, sister-in-law Janice Rogers of Fowler, Colorado and sister-in-law Jean Rein Dawson of Canon City, Colorado. There are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pat was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fowler. She was a leader in the educational ministry of the congregation. Pat had a love for cats. She always had a cat lying in her lap as she rested in her chair

Funeral service will be Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fowler with Reverend Wayne Josephson officiating. Interment will follow at the Fowler Cemetery.
