Raymond Anthony Sanchez

Raymond Anthony Sanchez, 56, passed away on November 19, 2021 at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo. He was born on December 18, 1964 and is survived by parents Rose Manzanares of Pueblo and Gilbert Sanchez Sr. of La Junta.

Ray is survived by siblings, Ronnie Sanchez of Denver, Donna (Daniel) Starck of Johnstown, Dorothy (Kelly) Sikes of Pueblo, and Tobias Manzanares of NY; Aunt’s Millie Sherman of Sherman, TX, and Virginia (Joe) Florez of Denver, and Uncle Carlos Medina of Denver; Niece’s Jennifer (Matt) Lehman of Fort Collins and Jennifer Manzanares of Savannah, GA; Nephew’s Andrew Starck of Fort Collins, John Manzanares of Savannah, GA, and Orion and Gavin Morgan of Pueblo along with numerous cousins. Best friends Wayne Brizendine and Rick Frantz.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents Luz and Maria T. Hernandez; grandparents Frank and Dominga Sherman; Uncle Robert F. Sherman and Aunt Edna Medina; Nephew/Godson Justin Minniear; Niece Desiree Sanchez; and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

As per Ray’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service held at a later date.
