Alice Sue Kerr

Alice Sue Kerr, 71, passed away on Jan. 9, 2014, at the Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo. She was born on April 24, 1942 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Ned & Sybil (Dunn) Waterman. Alice married Richard Kerr.


Alice was a friend to many and spent a lot of time taking care of others and volunteering at the free clinic in Kalamazoo, MI. She moved to La Junta in 2011 and has made many friends and touched many lives while here.


Alice is survived by her loving husband, Richard Kerr; son, Scott (Tracey) Kerr; brother, David Waterman; grandchildren, Amber, Brandy, Tyler, and Samantha; two great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, David and Patrick.


As per Alice’s request cremation has taken place and no services will be held. She wished to be remembered with a warm smile and a loving place in your heart for a life well lived.
