Alma Mary Gutierrez

Alma Mary Gutierrez, 82, of La Junta, Colorado passed away December 27, 2024 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born November 21, 1942 in La Junta, Colorado to Jake Whatley & Ida Archuleta.

Alma is survived by her husband Arthur E. Gutierrez of La Junta, CO; children, Lorraine Gutierrez of La Junta, CO; Arthur Gutierrez, Jr. of La Junta, CO; Robert (Jeanette) Gutierrez of Colorado Springs, CO; 20 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren; siblings, Ruben (Lydia) Gonzales; Sandra Ruybal; Kenneth Sandoval; Dave (Pricilla) Whatley; and Joe Whatley; numerous nieces & nephews also survive. She is preceded by her parents; her son, Carlos Gutierrez & daughter, Sonya Gutierrez. 

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Peacock-Memorial Chapel in La Junta with Craig Ortega of Full Gospel Church of Rocky Ford officiating. Inurnment to follow at Calvary Cemetery in La Junta.
