Angela M Perez

Angela M. Perez, 90, of La Junta passed away on July 4, 2014 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 28, 1924 in La Junta to Marcelino & Maria (Avila) Maldonado. 
 
Angela loved watching the Novelas Channel and she never missed a Denver Bronco Game. She enjoyed all Spanish music and dancing.
 
She is survived by her husband, Francisco of the La Junta home; daughters, Ramona D. (Delubino) Romero, Jr., Victoria Flores, Josie Flores, Dylan Jones; sons, Richard (Irma) Nieto, Phillip Nieto, and Ignacio Nieto; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish. Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 11, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish with Father Kenneth Oguzie officiating. Interment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery in La Junta.
