Anne Fazio

Anne Fazio, 92, of La Junta passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 30, 1920 in La Junta, Colorado to Henry & Catherine (Grotwol) Miller.  She married Joseph Fazio on September 23, 1948 in Raton, New Mexico; he preceded her in death on November 28, 2010.

Anne was a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Church and a member of the Circle 4 & CDA and the Hospital Auxiliary. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her children,  Kathy (Dale) King of Lafayette, CO; Vicki (Tom) Miller of Castle Rock; Michael (Debbie) Fazio of La Junta; grandchildren, Randi & Kelli Miller, Chris & Brandon King, Nicole Trainor, and Jason Fazio; great-grandchildren, Ava & Gavin Trainor, and Hayden King; brother, John Miller of La Junta; sisters, Lydia Yergert of La Junta. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and five sisters.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Friday, March 8, 2013, at 10:15 a.m. and Memorial  Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m., both services will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish.
