Bobby Glen Thompson

Bobby Glen Thompson, 63, passed away November 19, 2014. He was born January 16, 1951 in Dumas, Texas to Lawrence and Inez (Gill) Thompson who preceded him in death.

In 1974, he joined the Air Force where he proudly served for 20 years at which he was stationed in Hawaii, Turkey, Arkansas, Desert Storm and Colorado. Bobby will be remembered as a good man, with a big heart and an amazing ability to be a friend to all.

He is survived by his ex-wife Diana Thompson, their two daughters Wendy (Zac) Yates, Sandra (Ryan) Santucci, one granddaughter Marley Yates, and his sister Beth (Brian) Cook, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.


There will be a visitation on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Prayer Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel. A burial service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at North Lawn Memorial Gardens in Dumas, Texas.
