Carla Cae Pirnie

Carla Cae Pirnie, 67, entered into eternal rest on March 9, 2022, at her Swink home with her family. She was born on August 27, 1954, in Champion, Nebraska to Milton & Inez (Nitzel) Grimes.

Carla attended Jefferson high school where she graduated with the class of 1972. She also attended OJC for Esthetics graduating as an Esthetician specializing in Microdermabrasion and went on to owning her own spa business doing what she loved. She was a loving mother and wife and a fighter after surviving cancer twice. She enjoyed spending time with her family, outdoors, sewing and shopping.

She is survived by her husband, William Pirnie; brothers, Scott and Randy Grimes; daughters, Kelli Grimes and Alisha Pirnie; adopted daughter, Natasha Ortiz; 14 grandchildren and nieces. She joined in eternal rest her parents and her brother, Merle Grimes.

As per Carla’s request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
