Cesar Esquivel Martinez

Cesar Esquivel Martinez, 69, of Rocky Ford passed away on March 24, 2016 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta. He was born on December 3, 1946 in Hidalgo, Mexico to Jesus & Maria (Martinez) Esquivel.
 
He is survived by his wife, Eloisa Esquivel of the Rocky Ford home; children, Frank Aragon of Commerce City, CO; Joe (Inez) Aragon of Hayes, KS; Clara Aragon, Gloria (Bobby) Maestas, Sally (Ken) Rodriguez all of Rocky Ford and Beatrice (DeShaun) Jones of Pueblo and son-in-law, Lawrence Baraza; siblings, Andreas, Juaver, Elias, Jorge, Martin, Nicolas, Evacha, and Norma; 27 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and five great, great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, sons, Margarito and Thomas Aragon; daughter, Linda Aragon; siblings, Maria and Chewy and daughter-in-law, Elva Aragon.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Rocky Ford with Father Paul Ekeh officiating. Interment will follow at the Rocky Ford Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
