Clyde Leo Frazier, 79, passed away on January 20, 2020 at his Rocky Ford home. He was born on June 20, 1940 to Archie & Ethel (Daniels) Frazier in Rocky Ford.

Clyde worked for Swede’s Conoco, the Sugar Factory, and Southeast Colorado Power for 35 ½ years and retired in 2004. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, restoring cars, and arrowhead hunting. He loved his family and friends and especially loved his dogs, Smokie and Snickers.

Clyde was a good Christian man and loved his church. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He could tell great stories about the good ol’days. He also was very proud of his Cherokee heritage.

Clyde is survived by his wife, Judy of the Rocky Ford home; children, Cheri Miller of Calhan, CO; Conni (Steve) Salzbrenner of Rocky Ford; Christi Frazier (Mike) of Calhan, CO; grandchildren, Jody, Christopher, Tasha, Talia, Alexandra; great-grandchildren, Bradley, Nora, Robert, Aubrie, Baylee, Nolan; his sisters, Lura Gause, Inez Will, Edna Will; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, one sister, son-in-law, John Miller; father and mother-in-law, Burnice and Blanche Dinwiddie; special friend, Marion Pennington.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., at Valley Community Church with Kurt England officiating. Interment will follow at the Rocky Ford Cemetery.

Judy and family would like to express their appreciation and love to Clyde’s niece Carrie and her husband Jake Freidenberger without their help and support we would not have had him these extra 3 ½ years. They were available day and night, 24 hours for calls, trips to Denver or anything we needed.
