Ensebio “Ralph” Tafoya, 83, of Westminster, CO passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at St. Anthony Hospital North in Westminster. He was born Wednesday, August 14, 1940, in La Junta, CO to Simon & Teresa (Sandoval) Tafoya.

Ralph is survived by his children, Sherry (Tony) Mendoza of Denver; Michelle (Troy) Torrez of Greeley; Elizabeth (Robert) Torrez of Las Animas; Ralph (Amanda) Tafoya, Jr. of Greeley; David (Stephanie) Tafoya of Colorado Springs; Scott Tafoya of La Junta; Donna Lopez of Greeley; Wanda Tafoya of La Junta; brothers, Max, Sam and Simon Tafoya; sisters, Marina Tanner, Frances Martinez, & Delores Tafoya; grandchildren, Bobby Garcia, Cruz Torrez, Erica Torrez, Emilio Torrez, Salvador Tafoya, Tia Chavarria, and Xavier Tafoya, Jesus (Alejandra) Garcia, Jr., Abelardo Lopez, Victoria Saenz, E’Tatherina Brock, Ameya Brock, Gabriela & Gema Tafoya, Ethan Torrez, and Shay & Ezra Tafoya; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Della Tafoya; grand-daughter, Shanna Garcia; brothers, Tony & Alex Tafoya; sister Virginia Garcia; brothers-in-law, Tommy & Ronnie Martinez.

Graveside Service will be held Friday, May 24, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at Ft. Lyon National Cemetery in Las Animas, Colorado with Father Joseph Matitu of Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish officiating. Memorial to follow at the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish Hall at 1:30 p.m.
