Feliberto Lopez

Feliberto Lopez, 77, of La Junta, passed away on Oct. 18, 2017 at the Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. He was born on Aug. 1, 1940 in Walsenburg, Colorado to Higinio & Casilda (Valdez) Lopez. He was married to Lela Lopez; she preceded him in death.

Feliberto is survived by his sons, Felix (Janice) Lopez, Jr. of St. Paul, Minnesota, Anthony (Lucille) Lopez of Pueblo, and Daniel (Frances) Lopez of La Junta; sisters, Rose Marez, Jenny Carrillo, Margarita Martinez, Connie Cruz, Celia Pastrano, and Carmel Soto; and a brother, Bobby Lopez. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountainview Cemetery in Manzanola with Father Henry Wertin of Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish officiating.
