Fernando Joseph Ulloa, Jr.

Fernando Joseph Ulloa, Jr., 29, of La Junta passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019.
He was born on November 5, 1990 to Fernando, Sr. & Virginia (Aragon) Ulloa in La Junta, Colorado.

Fernando attended La Junta schools. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, listening to music, spending time with his children and family. Fernando cherished taking walks with them, playing games and teaching them different things. He liked football and watching his favorite teams, the Oakland Raiders and the L.A. Rams. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Fernando (Gena) Ulloa of La Junta; children, Joseph, Jayla and Jayden Ulloa; brother, Jason Ulloa of La Junta; niece, Jaslynn Ulloa; aunts, uncles, and many cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fostina (Genaro) Gomez, Antonio Ulloa, Sr., and Frank (Ruth) Aragon; uncle, Antonio Ulloa, Jr.; cousin, Ashely Ulloa.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish with Father Henry Wertin officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
