Heather M. Gallegos

Heather M. Gallegos, 28, of Pueblo, passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2014 at the home of her fiancé. She was born on March 24, 1986 in La Junta.


She is survived by her children, Anthony Shawn Gallegos, Contessia Rivera & Lillian Rivera; her mother, Aurora (Steve Trujillo) January-Marquez; her father, Jared Grayson Gallegos; fiancé, Bryan Huckabay; sister, April Lee January; brothers, Anthony Ray Marquez & Israel Steve Trujillo; step-mother, Christine Pratt; step-brothers, Ashton, Jared & Kaleb Gallegos; uncles, Rodolfo Vargas & family, Armando January & family, and Reymundo January & family; Godmother & aunt, San Juana Unzueta & family; aunts, Diana Unzuela & family, and Veronica M. January & family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Reymundo & Ignacia V. January, and several uncles & cousins.


Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home & Arkansas Valley Crematory is in charge of arrangements.


Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. and followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish with Father Matthew Wertin officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 17, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
