Jack E. Wisemon

Jack Edward Wisemon, 78, passed away unexpectedly at his
La Junta home on January
21, 2016. He was born on November 22, 1937
in La Junta, Colorado to John
& Ida (Gayette) Wisemon. Jack married Judy K. Goodwin on February 29, 1983 in Pueblo,
Colorado. 

 
Jack enjoyed truck driving, his horses & cows, and his
dog. He loved being with his kids and grandkids. He will be greatly missed.
 
Jack is survived by his wife Judy of the La Junta home;
children, Jay Wisemon of Phoenix, AZ, Darla Annabel of Payson, AZ, Dale Lee
Wisemon of Hadley, CO, Kathleen (Francis) Bruna of Cheraw, CO, Frank Wisemon of
Hadley, Carol Ann (Pete Hammer) Wisemon of Gilham, AR, Jack Wisemon of Phoenix,
Selina (Shawn) Foley of Pueblo, and Mike (Rhonda) Goodwin of Fowler, CO;
grandchildren, Joseph Rogers, Valerie Bolin, Blaine Wisemon, Chi-Ann Johnson,
Brody Wisemon, John Bruna, Justin Bruna, Krystal Bruna, Jerid Bruna, Ryan
Wisemon, Shaleko Shelton, Nakita Hammer, Eric Hammer, Jacob Hammer, Brian
Powell, Brandon Powell, and Cody Powell. He was preceded in death by his
parents, John & Ida Wisemon.
 
In lieu of lowers memorial contributions may be made to American
Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), www.ASPCA.org, direct
or through the funeral home.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Peacock
Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ed Kite of the First Church of God officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 27, 2016,
from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel.
