Joan Loretta Ramsey

Joan Loretta Ramsey, 84, of Beulah and formerly of Fowler, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Sept. 16, 2014 the Life Care Center in Pueblo. She was born on February 17, 1930 in Boone, Colorado to Daniel W. & Viola Ethel (Surbur) Dilts. She married James Samuel Ramsey on June 1, 1948 in Raton, New Mexico they were high school sweethearts.
 
Joan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and a longtime member of the Heritage Baptist Church.
 
Joan is survived by her husband of 66 years, James Samuel Ramsey; son, Samuel Kyle Ramsey; daughter, Debra A. (Pete) Lindt; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Tabert Lee Ramsey and grandson, Wesley James Ramsey.
  
 
 

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at the Heritage Baptist Church, 2122 Overton Road, Pueblo with Pastor Chuck Bigler officiating.
