Maria Devetak Honeycutt

Maria Devetak Honeycutt, 93, of Cheraw, Colorado, passed away November 10, 2024 at her Cheraw home. She was born March 20, 1931 in Yugoslavia to Ivan & Natalia (Urch) Devetak. 

Maria is survived by Tillmon Honeycutt of the Cheraw home; children, Mike (Bobbi) Honeycutt of Georgia; Biancha Honeycutt of Pueblo, CO; Guido (Sandy) Honeycutt of Victor, CO; Marina (Curtis) Kendrick of Colorado Springs, CO; 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, C.S.M. Jack G. Honeycutt; and grandson, Micheal Lynn. 

Visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Peacock Memorial Chapel in La Junta. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in La Junta.
