Ramona C. Roberts

Ramona C. Roberts, 70, passed away on March 7, 2022, at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta. She was born on June 22, 1951, to Jose Patricio & Mary DeLeon in La Junta.

She enjoyed playing Bingo. She loved all the Colorado teams, Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and Colorado Rockies. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Roy A. Roberts, Sr. of the La Junta home; sons, Roy Roberts, Jr. of La Junta; Edward (Maria) Roberts, Sr. of San Diego, CA; Bobby (Tashuana) Roberts, Sr. of La Junta; grandchildren, Danitra Roberts, Crystal (Dylan) Barry, Michael Jones, Roy Roberts, III, Javier Roberts, Rafael Roberts, Alejandra Roberts, Elora Roberts, Edward Roberts, Jr., Juan Buelna, Jr., Samantha Buelna, Aaliyah Roberts, Bobby Roberts, Jr., Calei Roberts; brothers & sisters, Tino DeLeon, Rose Ibarra, Joseph Val DeLeon, David DeLeon, Delbert DeLeon, Gary DeLeon, Larry DeLeon, Guadalupe Gutierrez, Loretta Mares. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Patrick DeLeon, Johnny DeLeon, Sr.; sisters, Betty Salazar, Virginia Garcia; sister-in-law, Doris DeLeon; four nephews and a niece.

As per Ramona’s request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
