Ruby Frances Gill

Ruby Frances Gill, 81, passed away on May 21, 2018 at her Fowler home. She was born on February 24, 1937 to Roy & Elizabeth (Mason) Shierrey in Lebo, Kansas. She married Donald E. Gill in Fowler, CO in 1955.

Ruby moved to Fowler at the age of 10 with her family she was an only child. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling and going on cruises with Don. She was active in the Fowler Methodist Church with the bazaars and other events.

Ruby is survived by her husband, Donald of the Fowler home; children, Jim (Lois) Gill of Sublimity, OR; Keith (Rachel) Gill of Baton Rouge, LA and Brenda Hatzel of Fowler; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, William F. Hatzel.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Fowler with Reverend Brian Blackburn officiating. Visitation will be prior to service from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. also at the church.
