Tab L. Ramsey, 56, of La Junta passed away January 21, 2013 in Pueblo. He was born on November 18, 1956 in Pueblo to Sam & Joan (Dilts) Ramsey.
What words can describe the life of a man
I pick up a pen to do the best I can
He might not have always been the best
Although he was one who stood apart from the rest
The horses he shod no track could be kept
But he shod so many he could do it while he slept
A bear of a man with a real soft heart
To count his good deeds we couldn't even start
His girls called him daddy his son called him dad
To some of us here he was the best friend we had
What he knew he was always willing to teach
And always walked the same as he preached
Good natured he could laugh and sometimes beller
All and all he was a easy going feller
He was a father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend to all
And always there when we needed someone to call
We look forward to the time our friend we will see
You were loved and will be missed Tab Ramsey
