Theresa Gallegos

Due to COVID-19 the following restrictions will be enforced by cemetery staff: Friends will be allowed to attend the graveside service but those attending may not exit your vehicle. The family and the funeral home thank you for your cooperation and understanding at this difficult time.

Theresa Gallegos, 62, passed away on April 12, 2020 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Center in La Junta. She was born on June 2, 1957 in Rocky Ford to Margarito & Anita (Madrid) Gallegos.

She enjoyed listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She was always smiling and laughing and had beautiful green eyes. She will be missed by her family and her many friends at Inspiration Fields.

She is survived by her brothers, Gene (Liz) Gallegos of Rocky Ford and Anthony (Patsy) Gallegos of Pueblo; mother, Anita Gallegos of Rocky Ford; brother-in-law, Henry Lopez and the ‘A’ team; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Margarito Gallegos and her sister, Sandra Lopez in 2019.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rocky Ford Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the Inspiration Field staff at the home in Las Animas.
