William Frank Glazebrook, 86, of La Junta passed away on May 2, 2016 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Nursing Care Center in La Junta. He was born on February 23, 1930 in La Junta, Colorado to Carson William & Laura Elnora (Chapman) Smith.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the AVRMC Nursing Home Activities Fund direct or through the funeral home.
